OverRaid Privacy Policy

OverRaid is developed by Ersin Akyüz. This policy describes the currently distributed game, including version 1.0.6, which uses Apple Game Center, Apple In-App Purchase, Google AdMob and RevenueCat. These services process information as explained below. The game does not require a separate developer-hosted player account.

Local game data

The game stores settings, local scores, progress and purchase-entitlement state on your device. Scores and achievement progress can also be sent to Apple Game Center when you use that service. Local storage is separate from the information processed by the service providers described below.

Advertisements and diagnostics

The game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including full-screen ads. Google's advertising SDK may initialize when the game opens and process data when requesting, delivering or measuring ads. Choosing not to interact with an ad does not by itself prevent the SDK from processing data.

Google's SDK may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, advertising data, interactions such as ad views or taps, crash reports, performance information and other diagnostics. Purposes include advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and service operation. Device identifiers may be used for advertising tracking where the operating system and your permissions allow it. iOS restricts access to the advertising identifier based on your App Tracking Transparency setting.

The game does not request GPS access or collect your precise location. Approximate location can nevertheless be derived by the advertising service from network information. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's SDK data disclosure for more information.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Apple handles payments for In-App Purchases. The game and developer do not receive your payment-card or bank-account details. The currently distributed version uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, determine whether Remove Ads is active, restore eligible purchases and provide purchase analytics.

RevenueCat processes purchase and transaction history, product and entitlement information, and a generated anonymous app user identifier. The app does not supply RevenueCat with your name, email address or a custom account identifier. These records support entitlement delivery, purchase restoration, fraud prevention and analytics; the app does not use RevenueCat purchase records for cross-app advertising tracking.

See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy. Restore Purchases restores eligible non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads. Apple manages payment history and refund requests.

Game Center

If you sign in to Game Center, the game reports scores and achievement progress to Apple and displays player aliases and rankings returned by Apple. Apple manages your Game Center account and the visibility of this information. The game may keep a local score cache and pending reports for offline use. It does not send Game Center scores to a separate developer-operated leaderboard server.

Your choices and data requests

You can manage Game Center and tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Available controls depend on your iOS and app version. Purchasing Remove Ads disables the game's ad requests while the entitlement is active; it does not delete information already processed by Google or stop purchase validation through Apple and RevenueCat.

To request a purchase refund, use Apple's Report a Problem service. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests relating to information processed for this game, contact [email protected]. Do not send payment-card details or passwords. We may need limited information to locate the relevant record. Information controlled independently by Apple or Google is also subject to their privacy-request procedures.

Retention and service providers

Local settings and gameplay records remain on your device until removed or reset. Deleting the app does not automatically delete purchase history or other records retained by Apple, Google or RevenueCat. Service-provider records are retained as needed for the described purposes and applicable legal requirements, under their respective policies. Service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States, using the safeguards described in their policies.

If you contact us by email, we process your address and message to respond to your request. Visiting this policy page also sends normal connection information, including your IP address and browser request, to the website's hosting infrastructure.

Children

The game does not request a child's name, contact information or precise location. Parents can use Apple's parental controls to restrict purchases and tracking. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
