This Privacy Policy describes how Overraid (the “Game”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles your data. We respect your privacy and do not collect, share, or sell personal data.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

• The Game does not collect any personal information such as your name, email, location, or device identifiers.
• No analytics, tracking, or third-party advertising SDKs are used.
• The Game does not store or transmit gameplay data to external servers.

2. Game Center Integration

If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center, Apple may process some information (such as your Game Center username, score, and achievements) according to Apple’s own Privacy Policy.

The Game only uses Game Center to:

• Authenticate the player,
• Display leaderboards,
• Submit and retrieve high scores.

No Game Center data is stored or shared by us outside of Apple’s platform.

3. Local Storage

The Game stores small amounts of data locally on your device (via UserDefaults) to remember:

• Your highest local score,
• Game settings (e.g., depth effect toggle).

This data never leaves your device.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Game is suitable for all ages and complies with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
