ShoutLine! Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the ShoutLine! mobile application (“ShoutLine!” or the “App”).
1. Provider and Contact

2. Using the App
You may use ShoutLine! to create and display banner messages for personal and lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you display and must not use the App to infringe rights, harass others, create unsafe distractions, or violate applicable law or event rules.
3. Free Features and ShoutLine! Pro
Core banner creation remains available without a subscription. ShoutLine! Pro unlocks photo and video backgrounds, additional fonts, and visual effects while the subscription is active.
4. Subscriptions
- Weekly, monthly, and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the end of the current billing period.
- Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by the applicable store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid plan begins and renews automatically at the price shown in the purchase screen.
- Prices, currencies, taxes, billing dates, trial eligibility, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google and are shown before you confirm a purchase.
- Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it in your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
5. Purchases and Restoring Access
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and validated through RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details. You can use Restore Purchases to recover eligible access associated with your store account.
6. Availability and Changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but this does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App; they do not transfer ownership.
Open-source typefaces included in the App remain subject to their respective font licenses and attribution notices.
8. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the ShoutLine! Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, product liability, or other liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage arising from breach of essential contractual obligations, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction apply.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the App, subscriptions, or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL. Questions: [email protected].
